What is Support Center?


Support Center is both a knowledgebase and a support ticket system that aims to streamline support requests and to better serve our customers.  Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number which the customer can use to track the progress online.  A ticket maybe opened for pre-sales inquiries or for any after-sales support request.  The knowledgebase component on the otherhand is a list of frequently asked questions that the customer may refer to before raising a ticket.
